This page explains what information asecservices.com collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we set no advertising trackers, and anything you send us is used to reply to you and nothing else.
Who we are
ASEC Services, LLC operates asecservices.com. For anything in this policy, write to info@asecservices.com.
What we collect
Inquiry form. The site’s inquiry form does not send anything through this website. When you press Send, your own email app opens with your answers written into a message to info@asecservices.com, and nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself. The form asks for your name, email address, business name, business website, the service you need help with, your investment bracket, your timeline, whether you are the decision-maker for the project, how you heard about ASEC, and what you are working toward. We use these details only to assess whether the project is a good fit and to reply to you. They are not sold, shared for advertising, or added to any mailing list.
Client accounts. Clients we invite can sign in to the client area at asecservices.com/app; there is no public sign-up. For each account we keep your email address, your name if you give it, and the time and IP address of each sign-in. The client area also holds what we post about your engagement and the decisions and notes you enter there. Everyone invited to the same engagement, such as your business partners, can see each other’s decisions and notes; no one else can, apart from ASEC. Sign-in links are emailed from our own Google Workspace account. Accounts and client-area content are stored with Supabase, our database and sign-in provider, on servers in the United States. Signing in places small cookies in your browser that keep you signed in; they are used for nothing else. We keep account information for the life of the engagement and our ordinary business records afterward, and you can ask for a copy or ask us to delete your account by writing to info@asecservices.com. None of it is sold, shared for advertising, or added to a mailing list.
Chat assistant. The chat on this site is an AI assistant that answers questions about ASEC’s services using what is published on these pages. What you type is sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI model, to write each reply. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, chat messages are not used to train its models and are deleted from its systems within 30 days. ASEC keeps a copy of each chat for up to 90 days to improve its answers, then deletes it. Please don’t share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat. If you’d rather talk to a person, use the contact page or call (702) 350-1581.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) to run and secure the site. These are routine infrastructure records, not marketing data.
Cookies and local storage
The public site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and loads no analytics or marketing scripts. It stores three small values in your own browser: your light or dark theme preference, your language choice, and which site updates you have already read. None of them identifies you, and none leaves your device except the language choice, which your browser sends back to this site so pages open in your language.
If we ever add analytics, this page will be updated first.
How long we keep things
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our ordinary business records, then deleted. The values stored in your browser stay there until you clear them in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can clear the stored values at any time in your browser settings, and you can ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it by writing to the address above.
