Shine Luxury Auto & Transportation

A luxury vehicle rental business in West Hartford, Connecticut, that started with a flyer and no website. ASEC built the brand system, the site, and the request-to-book flow: six vehicles with live availability calendars, a refundable deposit held through Stripe, and every booking confirmed personally by phone. Delivered with the domain, business email on the client’s own Google Workspace, and the social accounts to match.

You should know who is responsible for the work.

I am Nicholas Aponte-Rodriguez, the founder of ASEC. I handle the strategy, design direction, development, communication, and delivery for every client engagement. You work directly with the person building the foundation.

I did not arrive here from a design studio. I spent fifteen years in healthcare and hospice care, and I worked as Director of Operations for an independent real estate brokerage. Both taught me the same thing: be clear, be honest about what you can and cannot do, and treat the person in front of you as someone with something real at stake.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. You own your domain, your hosting, and the final site, and access transfer is part of the handoff. The scope names exactly which files come with it. Worth being precise about the rest: some builds are custom and some run on a platform you can edit yourself. A custom build is yours, but changing its structure later needs a developer. ASEC will tell you which one your project is before work starts, so ownership means something practical.

Can you redesign an existing site?

Yes. Share the current URL in your inquiry. The first thing ASEC looks at is whether a redesign is actually the right spend.

What if I want to move it somewhere else later?

You can. A site built on a website builder can never leave that builder, because there is no way to take it with you. Yours lives in an account you control, so it can be hosted elsewhere or handed to another developer. Moving it is real work, not a button, but the option is genuinely yours and it never depends on ASEC's cooperation.

Will you post every day?

No, and ASEC would not recommend it. Consistency is keeping a promise you can maintain at a quality you can repeat, not volume for its own sake.

What happens if I stop working with you?

Nothing breaks. The domain and the Workspace subscription are already in your name on your payment method, so there is nothing to transfer back. ASEC removes its named technician account, sends you the current configuration summary, and you carry on: with ASEC, with someone else, or on your own.

What does Managed Hosting mean?

The hosting account is in your name on your payment method; you pay the host directly and ASEC never marks it up. If you stop paying ASEC, the site stays up. That is the difference between managed and rented.
