Both sizes start with the business goal: who you need to reach, what they have to understand, and what action matters most. Then ASEC builds around that, in your name, and hands you the keys. Every project ends with a practical handoff, not a site you are afraid to touch.
Every project is scoped in writing before any work begins. If a smaller solution or another specialist is the better answer, ASEC will say so.

Custom Site
$3,750 · up to five pages
A business that has outgrown a template, is launching and wants to look established from day one, or whose current site does not make the case it should. A strategy session, a page plan, custom visual direction, and up to five pages.

What does a website project start at?
A Launch Site is $1,975 for one page or up to three sections. A Custom Site is $3,750 for up to five pages. Which size is right depends on what the business actually needs, which we settle before any work begins.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. You own your domain, your hosting, and the final site, and access transfer is part of the handoff. The scope names exactly which files come with it. Worth being precise about the rest: some builds are custom and some run on a platform you can edit yourself. A custom build is yours, but changing its structure later needs a developer. ASEC will tell you which one your project is before work starts, so ownership means something practical.
Can you redesign an existing site?
Yes. Share the current URL in your inquiry. The first thing ASEC looks at is whether a redesign is actually the right spend.
What if I want to move it somewhere else later?
You can. A site built on a website builder can never leave that builder, because there is no way to take it with you. Yours lives in an account you control, so it can be hosted elsewhere or handed to another developer. Moving it is real work, not a button, but the option is genuinely yours and it never depends on ASEC's cooperation.
