Terms of service
Effective September 11, 2026
These terms cover this website, the ASEC client portal, and the work we do together. The short version: what we agreed to in writing governs the project, you own what you paid for, we bill what we quoted, and either of us can end the relationship without drama.
Who we are
ASEC Services, LLC is a Nevada limited liability company operating from Las Vegas, Nevada. It runs asecservices.com and the client portal at portal.asecservices.com. Anywhere these terms say “we” or “ASEC,” that is the company. Questions about anything here go to info@asecservices.com.
What these terms cover
They apply to anyone who visits this site and to every client we work with. By using the site or the portal, you accept them.
They are the floor, not the whole agreement. Each engagement has its own written proposal covering scope, price, timeline, and deliverables. Where a signed proposal says something different from this page, the signed proposal wins.
Using this website
The site is here to explain what we do and to let you reach us. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share it.
Do not use it to break the law, to probe or interfere with how it runs, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or to pass off its writing, design, or code as your own.
The inquiry form is a real form read by a real person. Submitting it does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. We reply to every genuine inquiry, and we decline projects that are not a fit.
The work
Every engagement starts with a written proposal naming the scope, the price, and what you get. Work begins once you accept it and the opening payment clears.
Scope changes. Projects move. When something new comes up, we tell you what it adds in time and cost before we build it. Nothing outside the agreed scope gets billed without your written go-ahead.
What we need from you. Most delays are content and approvals. We will tell you exactly what we need and when. Timelines assume you supply it and respond within a reasonable window; when that slips, the schedule moves with it.
Third-party services. Some work depends on services we do not control, including domain registrars, hosting, email providers, and social platforms. Their fees are yours unless the proposal says otherwise, and their outages and policy changes are not something we can be held to.
Fees and payment
Prices, payment schedule, and any deposit are set in the signed proposal for that engagement. Recurring work is billed on the cycle named there and continues until either of us ends it.
Invoices are issued and paid through the client portal. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Payment terms, including anything owed on a late invoice, are the ones in your signed proposal.
If an invoice goes unpaid well past its due date, we may pause work after telling you first. We do not hold live client systems hostage over a billing dispute.
Who owns what
Your things. Your name, logo, photos, copy, customer data, and anything else you hand us stay yours. We use them only to do the work you hired us for. You confirm you have the right to give them to us.
What we build for you. On full payment for an engagement, the final deliverables made specifically for you become yours to use, change, and keep.
What we bring with us. The methods, templates, component libraries, and general know-how we arrive with stay ours, including anything we improve along the way. You get a full right to use them inside the work we delivered; you do not get to resell them on their own.
Showing the work. We may describe and display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Anything you have told us is confidential stays out of it.
The client portal
The client portal at portal.asecservices.com runs on SuiteDash and holds files, invoices, documents, and messages for your engagement. Access is issued per person and is not to be shared. Tell us promptly if you think someone has your login.
What you upload stays yours. We keep portal content for the life of the engagement and our ordinary business records afterward, and you can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it by writing to info@asecservices.com. How we handle personal information is covered in our privacy policy.
The portal is a working tool, not an archive of record. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending the engagement
Either of us can end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed and costs already committed up to that point; anything prepaid and unearned comes back to you.
Recurring work can be cancelled on the notice named in your proposal. On the way out we hand over the deliverables you have paid for and the access credentials for anything that belongs to you. We do not hold a client’s domain, hosting, or accounts to force a renewal.
What we do and do not promise
We promise to do the work described in your proposal with care and professional skill, and to tell you straight when something is not going to work.
We do not promise specific business outcomes. Nobody honest guarantees a search ranking, a follower count, a conversion rate, or a revenue figure, and we will not either. Beyond what your proposal states, the site and the work are provided as they are.
Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. When a project touches those, get a licensed professional.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Before anyone files anything, we would rather talk. Write to info@asecservices.com and we will make a genuine effort to sort it out directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the business changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active clients are sent to them directly rather than left here to be discovered.
