This page explains what information asecservices.com collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we set no advertising trackers, and anything you send us is used to reply to you and nothing else.
Who we are
ASEC Services, LLC operates asecservices.com. For anything in this policy, write to info@asecservices.com.
What we collect
Contact form. The site’s inquiry form is a qualifying project-fit form. If you submit it, we receive your name, email address, message, business name, business website, the service you need help with, your investment bracket, your timeline, whether you are the decision-maker for the project, and how you heard about ASEC. The form is delivered by Formspree, a form processing service that handles the submission solely to forward it to us at info@asecservices.com. We use these details only to assess whether the project is a good fit and to reply to you. They are not sold, shared for advertising, or added to any mailing list.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) to run and secure the site. These are routine infrastructure records, not marketing data.
Client portal. The client portal uses Clerk for sign in. Clerk sets authentication cookies on portal pages only, and only for signed in clients. The public site does not use them.
Cookies and local storage
The public site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It stores two small values in your own browser: your cookie consent choice, and your light or dark theme preference for the current visit. Neither identifies you and neither leaves your device.
The cookie banner offers analytics and marketing categories. Today the site loads no analytics or marketing scripts at all, so declining changes nothing; the categories exist so that if that ever changes, your choice is already recorded and respected. If we add analytics, this page will be updated first.
How long we keep things
Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our ordinary business records, then deleted. Consent and theme values live in your browser and can be cleared by you at any time in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner, change your choice later from the cookie preferences, and ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it by writing to the address above.
